InnTrend AI provides an integrated software platform for hotel portfolio management, financial analytics, waitlist operations, and operational tracking. Our services are subject to continuous improvement and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.
To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Your privacy is critically important to us. By using our services, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You retain all rights to your data; however, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.
All content, features, and functionality available on InnTrend AI—including but not limited to design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof—are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from us.
In no event shall InnTrend AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
The data presented on our platform is imported directly from Property Management Systems (PMSs) and other third-party integrations based on the information provided to us. We assume no responsibility or liability for any discrepancies, errors, or omissions in the represented data. Furthermore, any insights, analytics, or suggestions provided by our artificial intelligence (AI) features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional recommendations or business advice. Please be advised that our AI features are currently in beta phases, continuously training, and subject to limitations. You should independently verify any insights before making business decisions.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
